Appointment Policy

 

50% DEPOSITS ARE REQURIED FOR ALL SERVICES. BALANCES CAN BE PAID THE DAY OF YOUR SERVICES VIA CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD, ZELLE, PAYPAL

 
How can I cancel my appointment?

All appointments can be canceled by via phone or email.Our appointments are confirmed 24-72 hours in advance because appointments booked weeks in advance can be forgotten. Since the service/services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply unless you cancel within 24 hours of making the appointment.

 

What if I cancel within less than 24 hours?

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee 50% of the reserved service amount.

 

What if I don't show up to my appointment?

“No shows” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

What if my appointment was made within the 24 hour period?

If an appointment made within 24 hours and needs to be canceled, and clients must cancel by 6 hours prior to the appointment time, they will be charged 50% of the service amount.

 

What if I schedule multiple services?

Multiple services must be reserved with a credit card. Multiple services NOT canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of service amount.

Do you contact clients to confirm appointments?

As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments 24-72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date. We will also send text reminder 2hours before your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees.

 

What is your policy on gift cards/certificates?

No refunds will be given for gift card purchases. Gift card purchase are NOT redeemable for cash.
